::IFL Tower::
A set of ramps from the lower Wilshire Hills leads up to the yellow-stone plaza that surrounds the IFL Tower. The center point of Capital City, the IFL Tower is surrounded by simple white benches and hedges of flowers and grass to add to its appeal. As to be expected in any city, little bits of trash left behind by passersby are scattered about the little plaza, in the forms of left behind magazine papers, balloons and other bits of random trash that the cleaning misses from time to time.
The actual IFL tower is a massive, blue-white building that has two diamond-shaped structures linked together by the main, rectangular body of the building. At specific intervals up the set of the building, small rectangular rooms with an open window jut out from the side, where people inside the building on either side can go to and look out at the city sprawled out all around it.
Set up just outside of the front door is a miniature replica of the building, standing about ten feet tall in its entirety. To scale with the building, the replica gives but a small inkling of just how tall this building is.
The majority of the building is off-limits to the public eye. The building has a ground floor, numerous basement levels, and plenty of levels between the ground and the very top of the building. Any number of businesses, science companies, research facilities, and developmental technologies exist within the building, and plenty more are the subject of rumors. Without special permission, individuals entering the elevator only receive two options on their Hunter V-G: The Museum on the top floor, and the terrace landing at the top of the building.
The museum on the top floor attracts the most attention to the IFL tower. Within is an expansive space holding exhibits of historical cultures around the world, with the most prominent being the largest collection of murian relics in the world. Once held on display within this museum was the legendary Thunder Berzerker Murian OOPArt, before the events leading up to the release of Le Mu saw it put to use and, later, seemingly disappear.
The IFL tower's EM Wave Space is utterly massive, and wraps around the ever-growing tower, moving up with it. The massive tower's antenna acts as a focal point of EM Wave Traffic within the country and is one of the towers in a small network of towers that regulates the EM Waves of the entire country of Electopia.
The IFL Tower supports the following panel types, dependent on where the thread is currently hosted within the space:
- Null (On All Levels, and the only panel type within the Museum)
- Grass (On Ground and Rooftop Levels)
- Cracked (On the rooftop and ground levels, and on the Wave Roads)
- Hole (All around the wave road space of the tower)
