Description: The standard blocking technique. By sacrificing a Card and charging for two actions, Artemis can manifest a very durable shield that is 1.5 meters in height. The shield takes one Damage Level less from attacks in the melee baseline, one Damage Level more from attacks in the ranged baseline, and takes neutral damage from anything else.
Damage: Immense health shield. Requires two action charges and a card sacrifice. 5 turn cooldown.

Type: Passive
Description: Artemis is a defensive juggernaut, and it's evident in her defenses - as her natural damage mitigation grows, so does the protective capabilities of her Shields. It's a shame, though, that as an occupational hazard, she can't bring herself to run away from an attack that would challenge those defenses.
Damage: Artemis's Shields are affected by any damage reduction that would affect her, and she can tell what incoming attacks Break at a glance. In return, though, the opposite is true - if she takes more damage from incoming attacks for whatever reason, those also affect her Shields, and she is unable to RP Dodge attacks that Break.

Weapon Description: A step up from your traditional spear, the halberd is capable of both thrusting with the spear head and slashing with the axe-like bit protruding from both sides of the head, giving it a little more variety than your usual spear.

Description: Some simple thrusts and slashes with the halberd. The halberd is one meter long.

[attr="class","smallinfoboxyakidark"]Acacia has long snow-white hair that goes down to waist - and she'll endlessly complain about how difficult it can be to manage with how thick it is. As an accessory, she tends to wear a golden headband. She has a very pale complexion, and is a pretty short person, coming in at only 5' 5". That's not to say she's skinny or anything, though - at the behest of a training program from her Wizard, she's pretty well-built - definitely stronger than her cutesy appearance would lead you to believe at first. Her eyes are a dark purple color. Her features are very vaguely Murian - there's some Murian lost somewhere in her lineage, although it isn't prevalent enough to override her other features.
In colder temperatures, she's fond of a thick white and purple jacket to match her physical features, striped tights, and and boots. In warmer temperatures, she'll instead prefer a t-shirt and skirt, although the tights are still a mainstay. Both outfits also feature a ribbon neatly tied around the neck - a choker.

She can easily carry on a conversation about nearly anything, even if she knows nothing about it - such is the power of her extroversion. If anything, her willingness to talk to people can lead her to coming off as a little oppressive - she dominates conversations that she is in, if given the opportunity. That being said, though, most of her cheery demeanor and extroversion is a trained behavior - beneath the cheery exterior lies a calculating interior that is always gathering information, as her job would require.
For all of her extroversion, Acacia is actually very bad at 'letting people in,' so to speak. Majority of the friends that she makes are only surface level that she tends to hide the majority of her thoughts around to be more acceptable to those around her. In truth, she isn't very fond of most people - something slightly belied by her headset, which she can use to drown out the sound of people around her.
Acacia takes a lot of pride in her work - whether she's being contracted by the Satella Police or other corporations, or taking jobs from other people, she does enjoy her job that can be summarized as 'gathering, analyzing and verifying information,' even if a lot of her work does come down to looking into people who expect their lovers are having affairs or looking into suspicious activity on the part of a business partner. There's a certain thrill to discovering what people are up to, and she enjoys every second of it.

[attr="class","smallinfoboxyakidark"]Acacia's backstory is ultimately fairly standard - when she was younger, she was interested in a position on the Satella Police force, but as she grew older, she began to detest the idea of having little control over her activities and constantly having to take orders from others. A job like a private investigator, where she chose contracts that came to her, was much more fitting for what she was interested in, although it did mean that she would lose the authority that came with being a Satella Police Officer. Her Wizard, Huntress, encouraged the idea - and while getting a license was certainly a process, having to shadow under others for quite some time without payment, she ultimately fulfilled her goal.

She's a decent amount larger than your average Wizard, but looks like your fairly standard man-made Wizard, her body being made up of what looks like a fairly crudely-made, low-polygon bear, with a good chunk of the lower half of the Wizard gone, where she'll instead float in the air.

[attr="class","smallinfoboxyakidark"]Huntress is cool and calculating, originally being designed for top-secret information retention and building profiles for criminals. The Wave Conversion compatibility was an afterthought. She is, in a lot of ways, the 'no fun allowed' friend, criticizing Acacia for her silly demeanor. Despite that, though, Acacia is subtly rubbing off on Huntress, and she's becoming a little more open to Acacia's motormouth.

[attr="class","smallinfoboxyakidark"]Huntress, despite her imposing appearance, was originally designed as a Wizard that would specialize in profiling criminals, and would securely store and retrieve confidential information that was fed to it. Being capable of Wave Conversion was an afterthought, but it was gradually becoming a standard procedure by the time Huntress was developed, and as such, was added without a second thought. It was the Wave Conversion functionality that actually drew Acacia to the intimidating looking Wizard, and, looking for a partner for her private investigation job, a Wizard designed to handle sensitive information would be have been ideal. As a result, Acacia went completely broke to buy Huntress, an economic choice that she is still recovering from.

[attr="class","smallinfoboxyakidark"]Artemis doesn't wear a helmet or anything of the sort - instead, Acacia's hair turns into a sky blue color, and her eyes are hidden by a dark blue, one-way visor. Her body is fairly armored when compared to your average Wave Warrior - as opposed to usual thin layer that would cover someone's upper body, Artemis's armor is fairly thick and difficult to pierce with incoming attacks. On her left arm is a shield that she almost always keeps around - until it is inevitably broken in combat - leaving her right free to attack. Her lower legs are also decently armored, with her thighs only being covered in the standard Wave Warrior skin-tight suit, much to practicality's chagrin.
