::Messie Village::
The Messie Village is a small island village in the middle of the lake. It floats above the waters using real wave technology, small bursts of wave energy keeping it afloat a comfortable two meters off the waters. In the past, if Loch Mess were to rise and flood, the Village would be in grave danger. Thanks to the progression in Wave Technology, it can now augment its altitude, keeping it safely afloat no matter how high the waters rise.
Messie Village is a sort of fishing/farming community, with either fishing lines being cast off from the shoreline or grazing animals seen next to every house. The grassy fields of the floating village are dotted with dirt road paths leading to every destination, with slight changes in elevation between the actual village and just the normal thoroughfare of the area. Due to the tight-knit area, there is little less to see other than the village itself and the two surrounding attractions: The observation deck and Messie's Cove.
Messie's Cove is a large field with small breaks in its landform to let some of the waters from the river soak up and into the grass, providing a drinking pond for the herds of sheep reared in the fence. The Messie's Cove is also where the little village's windmill is located, the power of the windmill helping to keep the Real Wave technology holding up the island running.
The observation deck is just east of the rest of the village, connected via a real wave elevator. The large observation deck is made of white-blanch stonework that rises far above the rest of the village, the deck itself a large, splayed out platform. It is outfitted with plenty of spots for someone to look into mounted binoculars out upon the waters.
The Wave World surrounding the whole of the Village is as vibrantly active as the village itself, with strange, exotic viruses moving about freely and openly. Very little exists here in the form of a proper police force, and so little happens that a division of the Satella Police has no reason to be here, making the virus populations here dense, but less hostile towards society as a whole.
The Messie Village supports the following panel types:
- Grass
- Water
