::Dealer Ruins:
The orbital base once used by the criminal group Dealer can be accessed through the Astro Wave, though a fair amount of the Hertz along the path to reach the base will try to discourage anyone from visiting it, as it is nothing but an abandoned den of Noise and powerful viruses.
The inside of the base consists of an extensive room with a silver metallic floor and a crimson Real Wave carpet lined up along its center. Most of the devices within are completely destroyed, with only two that still emit EM Waves; a huge monitor on a side wall, and a large circular machine on the center wall that was meant as a control device for Meteor G. Neither of them serve any concrete purpose anymore, and all they do now is pour off large amounts of Noise, which constantly damage the Wave World within the base, making its roads extremely unstable. The Noise also turns the solid surface unsafe, making Pulsing Out within it life-threatening and harming even Wave Warriors in spite of the protection provided by their pre-installed Noise Program.
Other than the viruses, the base and its two Wave Spaces are almost entirely deserted. The only other creatures that inhabit them are a decent quantity of Noisms, EM-Wave beings created from Noise that have varying degrees of intelligence. They are largely harmless and barely speak much, as they simply enjoy having a place they can call home, though visitors may at times hear whispers wishing for the return of Dealer and Meteor G.
Dealer Ruins supports the following Panel Types, and enforces the following special rules:
- Null (Real World-exclusive)
- Cracked (Wave Road-exclusive)
-- Any Non-Cracked, Non-Hole Panels that are formed on the Wave Roads revert to Cracked after three turns from their formation, ignoring normal Panel rules.
-- Player-controlled combatants on the Real World lose Pathetic health at the start of every one of their turns.
