Name: Dependent on host.
Age: Dependent on host.
Gender: Dependent on host.
Description: While not directly affecting their style, hosting Vesper tends to shift a person's sense of fashion over time. Hosts will find themselves dressing more conservatively to avoid attention or bundling themselves under more layers to simply deny looks by obscuring their bodies. The strength of this compulsion is most strongly tied to their mental fortitude while in EM Wave Change with Vesper. The one major exception to this side effect is every host's willingness to exhibit the amber eyes granted to them by combining with Vesper for the first time. More than just a cosmetic change, these eyes can correct a host's vision and act as a Visualizer through polarization.
Personality: It's difficult to determine the type of person Vesper goes after through simple observation, noting that she seems to flit between hosts with no consistency, randomly favoring some with no common point between them. The main reason she chooses the hosts she does is apparently just the fact that they allowed her in. Vesper cannot take on a new host without them accepting or offering partnership, but this can be by choice or coercion without considering the means, so a host is at least the sort that can be convinced.
A human host of Vesper's is never directly controlled no matter how prevalent her influence becomes, though they'll grow increasingly suspicious of people and become biased towards her judgment of others. This effect is accelerated while transformed but wears off with time and distance. During their Wave Warrior transformation with her, a host is reduced to a mind that faces against not only the enemy but Vesper as well, some feeling the need to fight against her compulsion out of self-preservation of their bodies while others meekly accept her dominating presence.
Biography: After initial contract with Vesper, a host no longer needs to grant consent for her control and in fact becomes entirely unable to deny her so long as she wills it, leaving them vulnerable to her whims. No inherent connection is formed by hosting her, making it possible to simply avoid Vesper or lose her interest. Past hosts that have spent long enough away from Vesper find themselves forgetting her, like trying to remember a fading dream, and eventually lose all signs of having hosted her indicated by their eyes returning to normal.
Recent and current hosts tricked into her service find her easier to stay away from but harder to forget, while those willingly acting as her partner tend to remain drawn to her for a longer period and find themselves more easily freed from her looser grasp. Humans capable of performing an EM Wave Change with another Wizard are immune to Vesper's influence, freeing a host completely if they manage such.
Regardless of the nature or extent of her connection to a host, her bond with them is mostly superficial and renders her incapable of utilizing any other abilities, tools, or powers they may have. At most, they're a body with which she can become a Wave Warrior.

Name: Vesper
Gender: Female
Description: Vesper is an EM Being whose design is mostly based on a bat. As an FM-ian, she was mostly a mass of unstable waves extending from her head and claws, but now as a Wizard her form is much more distinct. Her most prominent features are her head and large ears, capable of transmitting and receiving an unfathomable range of wave frequencies, as well as her wings. The joints of her hands and claws are able to extend to increase the area of her webbed wings accordingly, aiding her in the habit of clinging to her host's backs and draping her wings over their shoulders like a makeshift cloak.
Personality: Deviously playful and burdened by perpetual boredom as well as her desire to feed, Vesper is a troublesome free spirit who finds great pleasure in involving herself with anyone or anything that interests her, just as quickly moving on after she's had her short-lived fun. Her attention is constantly turning to new things, occasionally lingering on particularly tasty prospects. Due to troubles with having consistent hosts, she finds maintaining relations irksome even with those who seek her out, preferring fresh bodies and experiences. Selfish by nature, Vesper still goes out of her way to limit the extent to which she affects and drains her hosts, understanding that most of them can't sustain her for as long as she'd like.
Biography: Originally an FM-ian only capable of manipulating EM viruses and the resulting Jammers to a degree, Vesper unlocked new abilities and found new life as an independent Wizard, putting herself through the corrupted conversion process of an abandoned Hunter-VG. Her empowered form demanded more power than she was capable of sustaining and the programming of a Wizard instilled within her the desire for a partner, pushing her to find a host for the first time.
Through risky trial and error, Vesper found a relatively happy balance that allowed her to have fun with potentially infinite hosts while not tying herself down and endangering the life of a single partner. Her personality slowly developed from sadistic manipulation to playful toying that served a greater purpose in keeping her alive. To that end she continues to search for a perfect match while enjoying her current situation in the best way she can, only hurting people a little bit to do so.

While the outfit is generally a modified version of the host's clothes, a number of Vesper's traits come through as well, such as her ears and claws being incorporated as a motif.
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Physical Strength: During their EM Wave Change, Vesper has final say and essentially full control over the body she shares with her host. She is able to better rely on her own power and is thus more aware of her physical capabilities and limitations, provided she gives more of herself to shore up whatever weaknesses a less fit host might have.
Psychological Strength: Vesper's nature and her prior status as an FM-ian result in her being attuned to the negative emotions of embarrassment and shame, which she thrives upon. By inciting and acting upon these feelings in her hosts, she can harmlessly make them more compatible by drawing their focus away from more crippling emotions, such as fear.
Psychological Strength: Her substantial strength allows Vesper to rely almost purely and most efficiently on herself to manipulate and control her EM Wave Change by doing her utmost to suppress her host's consciousness by keeping their attention on anything but their external physical actions as a Wave Warrior. If she can divert her hosts attention to simply dwelling on thoughts and feelings, she can achieve nearly complete control of their body.
Psychological Strength: Knowing that some hosts are more expendable than others frees Vesper's conscience in a cruel sense that unfetters her conduct. Hardly a heartless being, this insight still makes her prone to self-serving choices which have the technically positive effect of catering to her greater good.

Hardly a heartless being, this insight still makes her prone to self-serving choices which have the technically positive effect of catering to her greater good.
Physical Weakness: Although utilizing a human host's body, Vesper must take care not to tax too much of her own strength while in her Wave Warrior form. Exhaustion and injury put Vesper at risk of being overcome by a host fearing for their lives or willing to break free, or in some extreme cases uncontrollably draining a weaker host's life force. A balance must be kept that implies a more trusting host, or at least a more pliant one, is better suited for EM Wave Change.
Psychological Weakness: Vesper's hosts are generally unfamiliar with battling, much less Wave Battling. While this does allow her more control from those deferring to her judgment, she lacks a level of fighting sense and spirit present in truly synchronized Wave Warriors and must work every bit harder to make up for whatever her current partner is lacking.
Psychological Weakness: On occasion, Vesper encounters the reverse issue, with hosts believing themselves correct in their course of action or undermining her decisions. Though she ends up maintaining overall control, her reactions can suffer if a host doesn't trust her and especially if they're directly against her. Otherwise weak wills are still prone to this, fear and anxiety feeding into their misgivings.
Psychological Weakness: Having to rotate hosts due to energy concerns means that even if Vesper transforms often, having to reestablish their connection each time denies her a sense of familiarity between partners, crumbling the foundation of her potential bonds before ever being able to build up anything of significance.
