Name: Luke Ohana
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Description: Luke is a well-built man standing tall at just under two meters in height. Not overly muscled but toned from his work, he takes particular pride in his arms and legs. His tan skin is bronzed by a sun just a bit more radiant than the cheery smile almost ever-present on his face. Dark eyes peer out from under bushy eyebrows and a short shag of hair, both a contrasting ashy blonde.
Luke's day-to-day attire most often consists of a short sleeve shirt with a waistcoat and matching pants, being one half of his conductor's uniform. His hat isn't often worn casually and his overcoat is usually hanging over his shoulders. In a front pocket of his waistcoat with a chain attached is his personal terminal styled after a brass pocket watch, with intricate engravings across the back.
Personality: Sociable, straightforward, and strong-willed are enough words to cover every aspect of Luke's demeanor. While not tactless, Luke often finds himself getting carried away interacting with others, his cheerfulness coming off as more imposing than endearing at times. When taking a back seat Luke can be surprisingly thoughtful and shows a more supportive side of himself, ready to help without having a direct hand in things.
In the face of true adversity, Luke can become obstinate in his determination, falling to the common trappings of the sort of heroes he admires, disregarding self-preservation and prioritizing the well-being of others. Otherwise friendly competition and healthy rivalry brings out an easygoing nature of his that has nothing to prove while putting up no less effort because of it.
Biography: From an early age, Luke was raised to be mindful of others and considerate to the situations of those around him, a creed his tribe's culture revolved around. For an active youngster as curious as he was, this meant getting involved however he could for a better understanding of the people in his family, his community, and the strangers beyond.
A hard worker but prone to bullheaded mistakes as he pushed himself to help in any way he could, a teenage Luke often found himself at odds with his elders who thought him overstepping his bounds too often. Unable to realize his own fault in their judgments, he found himself distanced from his people during a crucial stage in his life, wanting to prove he knew what he was doing without accepting there was always more to learn.
Barely an adult, Luke left home in search of a big city lifestyle in which he could lose himself to entirely new experiences, meaning that a few months later he was often spending nights at a shelter and days looking for work. In a sprawling city, Luke found solace in the public transit systems he had grown familiar with, and from there he began to develop a sense of place among the folk he'd meet often on their daily commutes and the workers toiling to maintain the ordered chaos that was the city's circulation.
One person, the head conductor of the central station, stood out in particular for him. Luke found that her presence alone seemed to motivate others and assert order, while providing a sense of reassurance in how she seemed to know every one of the thousands of men and women that passed through each day. Inspired, he approached her and requested to be taken under her wing, earning himself an apprenticeship and later a place to stay after admitting to his situation.
Over a decade later, through the kindness and support of those around him and his own ambition, Luke had become the conductor of a rail station on the outskirts of the city, a position he still holds proudly to this day. Among his standard duties as a conductor of maintaining schedules, ticket sales, and other such commonplace responsibilities is virus busting, should the need arise.
Though utilizing Battle Cards with his dated terminal was a serviceable method for accomplishing the task, a fateful encounter opened up an entirely new world for Luke and granted him an entirely new way to get the job done. The advent of Hunter-VGs and Wizard technology had left him in the dust, but it was his old trusty Star Carrier that allowed him to meet and ally with Alpha Serpentis and Eta Serpentis.

Name: "Alfie" and "Eto" Serpentis
Gender: Male (purportedly) and female (apparently)
Description: The FM-ian Serpentis comprises of two halves taking the form of opposite ends of a large snake. Alpha is the head: a black, armored construct capable of flattening itself into the iconic shape of a cobra's hood. The rest of his body consists of unstable EM waves coalesced into a mostly white mass in stark contrast to his scales, terminating abruptly to make way for the tail half, known as Eta.
A white, spined ridge extends atop the distorted energy of her black body, the only solidified component of her dark, twisting form that dwarfs Alpha in girth. Though never seen apart, their two halves aren't actually connected and can move independently from one another. Their severed ends have a habit of pointing toward the other at any distance, however.
Personality: Both halves are capable of independent thought and are split in their emotions, actions, and reactions. Alpha, before submitting to the Alfie moniker, was more irritable, self-centered, and aloof. Now, he's still much the same but with a begrudging restraint in his behavior towards Luke, who he is respectfully passive towards. Mostly.
Meanwhile Eta, now Eto, is a force of nature brimming with positive energy, quite the feat for a writhing mass of an EM Being capable of communicating only through wriggling. Luke never seems to fail at comprehending her interpretive flailing and she likewise seems completely in tune with him, even lacking a head, resulting in a bond that Alfie cannot fathom.
Biography: Serpentis arrived on Earth long after their king had made reparations with the AM-ians and humans. An anomalous mutation among their people, they are two unequivocally linked personas, though their bodies are separate. Alpha Serpentis appears to be the original, being more regular in size and appearance while also naturally feeding upon negative human emotion as the others do. Eta Serpentis is an enigma, being a matched pair to Alpha but also opposite in every way.
The dark, unruly waves that make up the feminine Eta's massive body are unusually susceptible to gathering Noise, but rather than having any adverse effect she seemingly safely processes and consumes them over time. Furthermore, instead of negative emotions, Eta is attracted to and seeks positive human emotion from which to absorb energy which can then be gradually shared with the hapless Alpha.
This quirk of hers guided Serpentis to a city on Earth where pulses of positivity were uniquely concentrated. From there they would investigate a Star Carrier broadcasting a curious Link Power belonging to one Luke Ohana, eventually approaching him in the midst of defending a train schedule from a virus assault. Offering their power with little explanation, the trusting human accepted, soon after forming Serpens Crash for the first time.

Name: Serpens Crash
Elements:
Description: Luke dons his black conductor's overcoat and cap, his ensemble shifting his body into an EM frequency as brass-colored Wave Warrior embellishments materialize on his person in the form of armor and pads on his shoulders, forearms, hands, and legs with engraved details resembling those on his pocket watch.
Alfie and Eto take on a Wizard-like appearance as their noisy forms focus and condense into mechanical snakes while retaining their color schemes. Alfie's black head and hood are trailed by his stark white body, his severed end now hidden within Luke's clothes. Eto similarly extends from Luke, her black length contrasting the armored ridge crawling along her back. Both ends remain attached to their host in this form but are otherwise free to move their anchoring point as is comfortable.
Each half of Serpentis differs in size, Alfie being comparable to the front end of a king cobra while Eto is about the width of an anaconda's latter half. Alfie's smaller size allows him to coil within and around Luke's upper body where he mostly rests, preferring to contribute by defending their front and extending down his arms. Eto instead usually emerges from Luke's back, allowing him to use her tail as his own, but is also capable of using his limbs for better reach.
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Elements:
- Poison: Base|v2|v3|Ω
- Base: Poison inflicts a Stacking Pitiful Health Bug, dealing Pitiful Damage per turn per stack. Stacks last for two turns.
- v2: Status Effects reduce 1 Damage Level less than normal. Status Effects that would normally reduce one level instead only reduce Pitiful Damage.
- v3: Poison does not have a Mandatory Cooldown for the User, but can still only be inflicted once per turn.

- Breaking: Base|v2|v3|Ω

Fixed the colors, boss.
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Psychological Strength: Luke's boisterous personality translates well into his style as Serpens Crash, helping maintain morale for the trio and bolstering their will to achieve common goals. His iron resolve and the driving force behind it can also be intimidating to face for those standing in their way, but occasionally escalates situations through ideals clashing.
Physical Strength: Alfie's passive nature and Eto's willingness grant Serpens Crash a great deal of cooperation and therefore flexibility in and out of combat, allowing the trio to act in sync with little effort on their part. This prowess is exemplified in Luke's ability to use Alfie's reach and Eto's tail as natural extensions of himself in his movements.

This prowess is exemplified in Luke's ability to use Alfie's reach and Eto's tail as natural extensions of himself in his movements.
Psychological Weakness: Eto is almost entirely incapable of strategic input and Alfie will freely admit he doesn't care. This leaves tactics and scheming in the hands of Luke, whose planning will generally boil down to tackling problems head-on and facing any resulting mess in much the same way. As a minor plus, there's not much explaining that he needs to do.
Physical Weakness: Serpens Crash and their individual selves have all the subtleties of a locomotive roaring down a track and their size does little to help. Though not necessarily slow, this coupled with their nature means Serpens can have difficulties adjusting and reacting to things in ways other than barreling right into them, especially in heated moments.
