Dynamo King
These viruses were far more tenacious, and much more dangerous, than the last group. As troublesome as a horde of Grabbitys were, they were at least predictable and manageable; these things were neither of the above, and the Booms in particular were relentless.
Cherish held her own against their assault fairly well. Dynamo King raised his impressive defenses and used his own bulk and build to ward off the majority of the assaults, carefully taking what he could and interposing one defensive measure or another in front of what he was concerned about. Truth be told, at the end of it all, he was far worse for wear than he would like.
"This noise is a problem . . . let's handle that," he said aloud, as he took a deep breath. Exhaling, the Noise around him filtered through his systems, the soft warm glow of the light that burned around him giving way to a slightly darker hue, as the Noise resonated within and gave rise to the rage that Dynamo was all too well known for. His armor shifted darker, turning a more harsh shade of red, as the light that emanated from him darkened.
Opening his eyes, Dynamo turned his attention toward the Murian, using the last of his energy to blink in front of the Murian. Raising one hand, he pressed down with all he had against the little virus, squashing it entirely into the dust, light flooding from the back of his oversized limb as he used it as a hydraulic press to completely crush the thing. "Good riddance," he muttered, turning to the rest of the viruses.
From there, in close proximity with the rest of the viruses, he raised his fist and collected massive stores of light within his hand. Crashing the weapon down, he unleashed that built up energy all at once, creating a wave of power that emanated outward on all sides, washing over the battlefield with a warm radiance that washed over Cherish, but cascading over the viruses in a violent display of intent - he wanted them gone.
Focused on the mission, he leveled his arm with the group from afar and launched it at them, the limb landing and exploding rapidly once it touched down. As it returned to him, he cast a glance back at the rift, narrowing his gaze. "Yeah - there's something in there, alright, and it isn't happy," he said simply, wondering if they would even get to that thing before they had to tap out.
