Satella Police Headquarters

The home base for all Global Satella Police activities. It houses many elite officers trained to apprehend the many EMCs in today's society. Some of this base's specs include a matter wave siege wall, and EM wave disruptor, and a constant supply of police wizards. This stronghold is known to have withstood the Copy Omega-Xis incident by Dealer using all of those functions.
