~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ Echo Ridge Elementary/Middle School stis on the same overarching hill and cliff face as the famed Vista Point, and overlooks the city on one half and the cliff face on the other. The three-story building is a large complex designed to look inviting and safe all at once.
The roof of the school is outfitted with the school's on-site garden and basketball court, and overlooks the city from on high.
Cherufe Magma and Shine grew their unlikely partnership by adding one Infernal Trailblazer, the Wave Converged Matthew Curtails. Acting as birds of a feather, they encountered a band of viruses and protected the workers of WBG Studios from the Noise Cluster phenomena outbreak. The group went into a Noise Wave and fought a Noism Jammer while there, and after defeating it, followed the clustered Noise to see where it would take them . . .
~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~
Having mildly prepared for it this time, Cherufe Magma traveled from the Noise Wave in his draconic form. The dull black air of the Deep Noise Wave swirled past them as they materialized in the real world once again, spat out of the Noise Wave just above Echo Ridge Elementary School. Beneath them, an older class of the schoolers were having a Wave Battle competition between their wizards in the garden, and even a few of the little ones were practicing with a Wave Form, like he had heard on the news.
Still oblivious to the potential danger they may all be in, he landed on one of the large platforms of waves that hung over the school, regulated by the numerous Wave Stations inside the building. Echo Ridge's school had its wave world completely self-contained and shut off from the rest of the world without the appropriate access code, so them having used a Noise Wave allowed them to circumvent that. This isn't too far away from where some dense pockets of Noise were created some years ago in an attempt to attack the school.
As he glanced about, he saw the sprawling city of Echo Ridge over the horizon, and then, looked the opposite direction, over the large cliff that the elementary school overlooked. He knew there was also an entrance to Deep Space here, a wave hole that would launch you into space if you fell into it, and wondered if that's where the Noise was taking them.
He saw the noise clusters, the pockets of crimson, floating away on the wave road, ever farther away from them, and they were being dragged steadily closer to the center of the wave world over the cliff, towards that wave hole.
*The school had learned a bit of a lesson from the past, but they were fortunate to have been engaged prior, so they didn't need to go through the hurdle of the access code. His first thought was that it could be that they would see something similar to the invasion scenario with the kids if the Noise went that way, but it seemed as though a worse alternative was the possibility instead. That being said, it left a number of questions too as to what it could be about. Do they let it go into Deep Space and risk the possibility of their return being less than feasible? Possibly. It would probably be prudent to follow Shine's example and cut it off before that happened though and if that failed then consider their ventures into infinity and beyond.*
Shine needed a moment to find her bearings as she found herself dropped off in an unexpected setting once again.
" Hmm... "
Her Mouse-esque Wizard observed the children below practicing their Wave Battles. Such sophisticated creatures they were; intellectual beings with IQs rivaling Emilia's, perhaps even surpassing it. No, assuredly surpassing hers. It squeaked with glee at the thought of all the mischief it could cause here.
" Behave Mus, we're on a mission! "
Emilia was locked in, focused totally on the objective, and completely hellbent on catching her target. As her attention was drawn toward the cliff, the thought dawned on her how it seemed unfair that Trailblazer and Cherufee both had wings, giving them more options on the mobility side of things here. Combat-wise, on the other hand, their wave wizards were a rat, a bat, and an ancient demonic lava spirit that folktale and legends are literally written of, so at least they were pretty evenly matched in that department. That last bit wasn't an observation from her so much as it was a matter of fact, of course, considering her obliviousness and their own levels of secrecy here.
She'd just have to watch her footing as she continued her pursuit, then. That was her plan, at least, but she didn't make it very far before stopping to consider just how in-the-mood she was for a Deep Space venture right about now.
The wave road winded down and around the school building, and at some point it began winding outward, over the cliff and towards Vista Point, the large wave platforms creating something of a maze to give would-be travelers ample opportunity to come to terms with their decision. The further the group pushed along, the faster the Crimson seemed to travel, racing towards the Deep Space Wave Hole.
Traveling too and from Deep Space, from a logistical since, was easy - that hole would launch them into outer space, for sure. The GSP had locked most of them off, but it seemed like the barriers protecting this particular wave hole were down. That meant it was in use, but that was strange; if it were Noise and Crimson, why didn't it just use one of the Deep Noise Waves that led out to space? This wave hole specifically . . .
. . . Cherufe Magma's eyes widened as he remembered where specifically in Deep Space this wave hole would launch them. Sprouting his wings in fervor, he tried to get ahead of the Crimson clusters. "We'd be launched into the home of the Satellite Admins - he cried, only to just notice that their pocket of crimson wasn't the only collection of crimson darting towards the Wave Hole.
Crimson was pouring out of Noise Waves in more than one direction towards it.
The Satellite Admins? Even Shine, as air-headed as she was, knew who those were and the power they held.
" Dibs on the pony! "
That'd solve her no-wings problem easily.
By riding it as a mount, of course. She certainly wasn't implying that she'd fight it, kill it, and absorb its power, but however the others interpreted it was up to them as she merrily resumed her pursuit of the cluster. Her chase would be cut short once again as her attention span was captured by the excessive Crimson as well, this time raising the concern that her target would be too obscured to track if she didn't catch up to it quickly.
Picking up her pace, Shine darted around the platforms to catch the original cluster she was chasing, but was careful not to over-extend into the wave hole as she moved, unironically, like a mouse through a maze.
*If they were going to be launched into that place it would have been better if there were four instead of three of them. But he supposed that was fine as they just needed to cut it off before that happened. Shine seemed to have an idea about which one she wanted to call dibs on speaking with at least.*
"Pegasus? ...Makes sense."
*He figured it would be the bird instead, but she probably had other ideas in mind. The fact of the matter though was that it was pulling it from a lot of other directions at once. Curiosity would certainly lie at the root of his purpose here for what was doing the feat. The fires would blaze out from his own wings to accelerate as well. With it coming from this many directions at once with the same destination it seemed like meeting the pony wasn't too off the mark, whether they really wanted to or not given their dispositions.*
The clustering noise would not just catch all of their attention. As the field of crimson continued to get pulled into the wave hole, a wave being with all the power to do this sort of thing rose up from the clustering noise.
Suddenly, magnetic forces dragged all of them inward, and a towering wave warrior with two large blades and rocket-like shoulders stared them down. His head head a magnet rising up on either side of it, and he centered himself on a massive gravity field.
The Hunter V-G gave them the information they would need on this foe.
Spade Magnes
Spade Magnes, originally "Magnes," was the accompanying wizard for the young scientific prodigy, Woody. During Woody's first attempt at launching a rocket into space, Magnes was worried that it wouldn't go well, that he wouldn't have the strength to see it through. During the Dealer incident, Jack and Tia used Magnes' drive for success to convince him to accept a Noise Card, which caused him to go out of control. His out-of-control form is Spade Magnes, a powerful Wizard that controls magnetism and localized gravity fluxes, which could turn even model rockets into devastating tools of destruction.

*One of the ones from the Dealer incident. This one and space went hand-in-hand, which was probably why he was the one that formed from the cluster. Being that close to the Dealer Base only made sense that a Dealer related being was spawned as a result of the gathering clusters. Still fixated on space too, but that was how it should be for the spade. He'd welcome him to tag along, but that wasn't how out of control individuals listened for coordination.*
"We're probably more equip for it than you believed you were, at least."
*Now was just getting into routine and executing. Whether they could or couldn't would be determined when the dust settled.*

Looks like there was another obstacle in the path. Trailblazer said his piece as he began his preparations, while Shine took the hint and went straight on the offensive for once, wasting no time to swing at the new arrival while her eyes darted around for any sign of the cluster she was chasing, not fully realizing what had become of it, but simply assuming that this wave being had taken it.
" That was ours! Spit it back out! "
... or that it had eaten it. In her defense though, this was the Star Force universe, so that was technically a fair assumption.

So, it was the first of the Dealer's experiments, then? Primed and eager for space, and Molten Cherufe had to push past it to get to the great unknown, first.
"Definitely better prepared now than then," Cherufee Magma agreed, settling down as the statue-esque form to build up pressure and energy. The routine of deleting was different, this time, as this entity would be more complex than a Jammer. They had their work cut out for them.

Spade Magnes raised his blue sword to meet Shine with her own blade, the energy of her strike being absorbed into his own blade. He stared her down and laughed, spiraling off of her and unleashing an electrical wave that coated the ground all around them in a dense magnetic field.
A retracted blade spiralled around his hand as he charged up a magnetic charge, releasing first two large gravity spheres like the one he was floating on, and then one smaller but much faster moving sphere that launched towards Shine. The two small gravity spheres sent gravity waves towards the two fliers.
[smear:ff0000]"Space?! Space! You gonna go to space and not have no rockets?! YO!!"[/smear:0004ff]
He held his swords to either side of his body and just spun, the intense noise cloistering together and forming into a barrage of rockets that came spiraling at them and didn't seem to want to stop anytime soon.

*The electric field would put a damper on things for a time to say the least, but he could adapt to it if given the time. Getting that time would be the key here, and so he would have to work on doing that to the best of his ability as the spheres formed. They weren't the most harmful of things, but that was only until they started to try to ramp up in Dealer's specialty. Something that would unavoidably happen while trying to erase this vestige, but nothing for it. He held out his hands as a barrier formed, though he didn't wield it to stop the pulse. He would use it against the next attack while setting up its own protective array to shield himself and dampen the influence of the attacks.*
*He would follow this up by calling down two statues from above as he closed the distance, striking with a sword next. It followed Shine's routine for the sword, but they would need to break through his paradigm in order to succeed one way or another.*

Shine's hand turned black as the smaller gravity orb screamed toward her -- she was quick enough to side step it, but the shadow-hand reached into the orb as it flew by, stealing some of its frequency that she held in the hand. Her other hand grabbed a handful of grenades dangling from her belt before the two palms slammed together, haphazardly combining all involved components into a hodgepodge of explosives that were hastily duct-taped together somewhere during the process.
The barrage of missiles didn't treat her as kindly while she threw her little gift basket at Spade and his orbs, but she was able to catch a few of them and deliver a return-to-sender as well without finding herself too much worse for wear afterward. She'd sneak in another strike from her sword as well, not content with her previous attempt being deflected so easily.

It would seem, then, that the Spades had every intent of showing to them its own love for space, and especially the dangers that came with space travel. As the others raised formidable defenses or did what they could to avoid the harm, Cherufee Magma had only one response to Spade Magnes' assault.
"Tougher things have invaded my temples, before. You'll need to do better," the wave being bellowed beneath the stone, Aaron and Cherufee actively having full control over the wave form. That was something from Cheufee's memories, not Aaron's, and the statue stood strong, hot magma spewing from the cracks to refortify him as the damage was dealt.
When all was done, the beast was fine, and the stone exploded off of him as the dragon beneath erupted to be free. Toxic fumes filled the air alongside the electric field, and, as Cherufee Magma felt the static cling to his hide, he decided that if his fury couldn't be held before it boiled over, it would simply boil over all at once.
He set his mouth open and pointed it to the sky, unleashing a hail fire from his maw that turned the sky red as it blazed downward, the force of the power leaving his body creating an eruption from the edges of his volcanic skin. Swiping his claws, he caught the choking gas erupting from his sides and beat it forward with his wings. Pores along the edges of his body opened up and sprayed out obsidian shards so fine they were like a gas, the fury of the rocket's own firepower used to fuel himself.

The master of the suit of spades grinned broadly as the attacks came at him. He held up his blue sword hand and caused the magnets at its base to spin rapidly, holding out the limb as an intense magnetic field fluctuated around it. The force of that magnetic charge cancelled out the force of all their efforts - all but one.
[smear:ff0000]"Best be careful what kind of fire power ya put in yer rockets, YO!!! We gonna make this whole town BLOW YO-YO-O-O!"[/smear:0000ff]
He switched polarities, the dense magnetic field fluctuating from one sword to the next. The combined energy of the waves that poured into his blue sword transferred into his red sword and then magnified, as he met the fire power of Cherufee Magma with more than enough magnetic force to cancel it out. The wave energies weren't even in the same ballpark at this point.
What followed mimiced what happened last time, a large and dangerous sphere of pure gravity waves being sent at Shine, and a barrage of rockets being sent in every other conceivable direction, with a much greater focus on the legendary defense that the Trailblazer was lucky enough to guess at the construction requirements for.
Then, using the built-up energy within his positive aligned sword, he dashed towards Cherufee Magma, looking to strike the warrior down.
