[Human / Wizard] [Cherish / Remnant | Biography] - Net Navis are obsolete in this timeline by this point, completely and utterly replaced by Wizards, which are autonomous EM beings, mostly created by humans, that have many of the same functionality as Net Navis. The only difference is that they can manifest in the real world, interact with humans directly, have physical forms, and can directly fight viruses either in the real world or in wave spaces. Dr. Goodall is a member of WAXA, working directly with the GSP. The Global Satella Police would be the ones Cherish has to thank, and while no official notes tell us whether or not the NIA has completely disbanded, two hundred years apart from the BN timeline and with confirmation that Netopia had its own branch of Satella Police leads us to assume that the NIA no longer exists.
[Wave Conversion] [Stats] [Traits | Null] - I kept intending to change this back to Null -2 to be inline with other effects. It also does not allow you to mix-and-match, you select 1 trait and gain the benefits of that trait as though you possessed that many ranks in it. In this case, Null Element -2 (3) in 1 Trait. [Abilities / Powers] [Actives and Triggers | Synergy] - Will share a mandatory cooldown with Illusory Wraith. Both abilities must be fully cooled down in order to be used, and all effects with duration must be completed before they will automatically cool down. [Actives and Triggers | Dauntless Challenger] - Will provide +60% Damage to one attack. Baseline value is x2 from an Active, but all other values still follow the baseline. Functionally, Trigger abilities begin with twice the baseline of an active ability, but all other effects are added at baseline. [Combat] [Basic Attack] - I forgot to make this change in the guide, but I had intended to provide +1 Tier of Charge per Prestige, rather than +1% Charge Damage per version. Update this to +7 Damage Levels when benefitting from Charge, and your Charge to +7, rather than +20% when Charged. [Desolation Trigger | Devastation] - In order to discourage stacking debuffs on attacks, you must be able to be afflicted with the debuff in order to use the attack - currently having the debuff requires you to cleanse it before you can fire the effect, and being immune to the effect will always fail. [Desolation Trigger | Despondency] - See above. [Desolation Trigger | Vanquish] - Remnant must be alive and have greater than 1% health.[Remnant's Weapon | Support (Charge Rate)] - We will grade this as Tier 3. 2-Turn Required Held Charge, 2 Damage Levels worth of effects for 2 instances. [Remnant's Weapon 2 | Disarm Tree] - These will count as Tier 5 Debuffs, yes; Locks are always cleansable as Tier 3 Status Effects, and if a Lock of this kind were created for Status Effects, it would never remove Cleanse from attacks. [Remnant's Weapon 3 | Imbue (Hits All] - Tier 4 if it cannot be applied to attacks with Arena Quarters as its range. 2 Damage Levels, 1-Turn Required Held Charge. Otherwise, Tier 5. [Remnant's Weapon 3 | Imbue (Bypass)] - Tier 4. [Remnant's Weapon 3 | Conditioning (Holy)] - Tier 3.

[RP INFO] - Cleaned up, effectively just replaced NIA with GSP in every occurrence - The RP Info for her attacks will still come later
[Traits / Equipment] - Swapped 'Attack Lock' for two 'Trait Advancements' - Previous Trait Allotment: Wood5 | Null5 | Munitions4 | Neutral1 - New Trait Allotment: Wood5 | Null4 | Munitions4 | Neutral4 - The extra Strength to Fire (from Null5) was lost as a result - Corrected the effect from Null that allowed her to pick effects from another trait - Noise Card equipped. Selected Parameters inside of a spoiler in the text.
[Abilities/Powers] - Aspiration: Question for the future -- Can these extra Proficiency Points be used to adopt even more Sub Traits? (IE: could I get +4 Sub Traits from this passive skill, each at Lv1?) - Jericho: Increased the effect with 1 Prestige boost and Neutral Trait's CDR - Synergy: Corrected the math. Now shares a Cooldown with Illusory Wraith. - Dauntless Challenger: Removed condition. Cranked up the CD to max so that I could amp up the effect. - Illusory Wraith: Now shares a Cooldown with Synergy
[Desolation Trigger] - Basic Attack: Corrections made - "Hits All targets within Melee Range of the target" -> Replaced with "Spread" in all instances since it's synonymous - Devastation: Adjusted the drawbacks and incorporated Neutral Trait to fix the math - Despondency: Same as above - Vanquish: Corrected the Drawback and modified the attack so that it has all Traits - Provoke: Added - Cripple: Added
[Remnant Weapon (1)] - Support (Charge Rate): Removed - Support (Range): Added
[Remnant Weapon (2)] - Disarm (Tree): Replaced Homing -> Basic Breakers.
[Remnant Weapon (3)] - Imbue (Hits All): Corrected and clarified it does not apply to Arena Quarters - Imbue (Bypass): Corrected - Imbue (Double Hit): Removed - Challenge: Added - Conditioning (Holy): Removed - Conditioning: Added (kept the name)

[Wave Conversion] [Roleplay Approval Granted][Abilities / Powers] [Actives and Triggers | Jericho] - Active and Trigger Abilities will now follow the guidelines that other baselines have of, at base, benefits only being able to go 2 Damage Levels above baseline. I will modify Support Attribute to amp up the baseline like other baselines have as an option. The cap of this effect, without Active/Trigger Baseline enhancements from Prestige or other sources, will be 12 CDR. [Actives and Triggers | Dauntless Challenger] - As above. The cap of this effect, without Active/Trigger Baseline enhancements from Prestige or other sources, will be +60% Damage. [Powers] - All good. [Combat] [Desolation Trigger | Vanquish] - As a note for my future self; while powerful due to being able to fire it once a turn (twice a turn with Neutral), having all traits is not the same as being able to hit all weaknesses, so this is fine. [Desolation Trigger | Cripple] - I just wanted to comment that I find this very funny, and is exactly what I like to see from the availability of status effects. [Remnant's Weapon | Support (Range)] - Cannot increase an attack's range to Arena Quarters. If so, Tier 4 if it cannot affect Hits All, Tier 5 if it can. [Remnant's Weapon 3 | Conditioning] - Light is required to have access to Restore Tier 3. You may only use Restore Tier 1.

[Traits / Equipment] - Swapped 'Priorty [AM]' for 'Custom Streaming' and two more 'Trait Advancements' - New Trait from Proficiency Passive: Custom Lv4. The rest were unchanged.
[Abilities/Powers] - Aspiration: Changed to "+2 Sub Traits", the extra one was distributed above. - Jericho: Corrected. Now provides 12 CDR. - Dauntless Challenger: Corrected. Now provides +60% Flat Damage. -1 CD from Neutral was applied as well. - Illusory Wraith: Changed to Support Trait for better Str/Wk (and after seeing his attack spread, it makes sense). No other changes atm despite all my questions in discord over it.
[Remnant Weapon (1)] - Support (Range): Corrected. Does not increase to Arena Quarters range.
[Remnant Weapon (3)] - Conditioning: Converted back to "Conditioning (Holy)" using the guidelines from the previous post.
